General Description

Description: 32mm PP cap with 25mm IV rubber disc and PP liner assembled in cleanroom class 10,000.

Natural color for PP cap, Light gray for rubber disc.

Materials: outer cap and inner cap are made of Pure Polypropylene; rubber disc is made of bromobutyl rubber or Isoprene Rubber.

Packing condition: In particle free PE bag in clean room class 100.

Packing size: 1,000 pcs/double PE bag, 2bags/carton.

Physical Properties

Should comply with ISO 8536-2 for Physical requirements when test on assembled cap with rubber disc and liner.

Fragmentation: Limit not exceed 20 fragments of diameter ≥ 50um/10 piercings.

Spike penetration force: Limit not exceed 80N, average<75N.

Spike retention/seal ability: No sign of leakage or pulling out of spike (with 0.5Kg weight) from closure over 4 hours.

Physicochemical & Biological Properties

PP cap & liner: Must comply with USP<661>requirements for Polypropylene containers.

Rubber disc: Must comply with USP<381>requirements for elastomeric closures for injection.
